The Francesca Historical Condo Remodel

Our Maple Glen clients’ pied a terre, this stunning historic condo was carefully opened up by the construction crew one section of a wall or portion of the ceiling at a time. The original molded plaster fireplace facade was revealed almost by accident during the tail end of construction, as it had been hidden behind a traditional millwork surround. We salvaged the original fireplace, adding a new gas line and gas insert for modern functionality. We further enhanced the original plaster’s beauty through the talents of decorative artist, Shauna Gallagher.
